We&aposre Hiring: Office Manager Education Sector | Ajman, UAE
Location: Ajman | Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 24,000/month + Excellent Benefits

Start Date: As soon as possible

Were working exclusively with a prestigious education institution in Ajman to recruit a professional, highly capable Office Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer. This is a high-profile position requiring exceptional communication skills (including excellent written English skills), strong organisational ability, and a polished executive presence.

This role is also open to candidates from a legal or professional services background (such as law firms) who have worked as Executive Assistants or Office Managers at senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the COOs office and executive workflow
  • Lead and supervise administrative support staff
  • Draft professional correspondence, policies, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Prepare high-level presentations and executive documents with precision and clarity
  • Provide financial insight, support budgeting, and analyse data for informed decision-making
  • Coordinate communication and activities between internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate documents and communicate fluently in both English and Arabic

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree is essential preferably in Business Admin, Finance, or related field
  • 57 years experience in a similar administrative leadership role
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); IELTS Band 7 or equivalent in English
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail especially in reports and presentation content
  • Proven experience with document writing and professional presentation formatting
  • High level of discretion and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in the education sector or legal/professional services preferred
