Job Description

Nexa Engineering Consulting is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties, preferably within the real estate development or engineering consulting sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Organize and follow up on meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
  • Support in managing daily priorities and project follow-ups
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Prior experience in a Real Estate Developer or Engineering Consulting firm is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
