Employment: Full Time

A live out House Manager is required to support our UHNW family client, who are based in Dubai, ensuring full oversight of the household operations, significant wardrobe management and the mentoring of junior staff. This is an exceptionally operational role and is not a regular 9-5 office position in any way.

Therefore, we are seeking those with excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong professional interactions and relationship building capabilities are required to interact with the family.

We are seeking a proactive female candidate for this role, with a background in hospitality, luxury housekeeping or similar private household environment. The family travel extensively and are very fashion conscious; wardrobe management, packing and unpacking and overseeing the care and laundry of high designer items is vitally important.

Additional, personal shopping requests and sourcing of luxury items will form a large part of the role.

Taking responsibility for the management of household budgets, expenses, inventory, invoice management and payments, the Household Manager will always ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Property re-modelling and upgrades may be required from time to time, and you will be responsible for the management of contractors, interior designers and the purchases of furniture and items from overseas, and their shipping to the UAE.

This highly sociable family host many household events, dinners, and special occasions and you will take the lead for these with a constant high attention to detail and sophistication. Therefore, you will select suppliers, vendors, hosting staff, and 3rd parties to bring the event together.

You will be accustomed to a hectic schedule and ever-changing daily requirements, alongside regular travel arrangements for the family, when required.

Discretion, confidentiality, and high levels of integrity in dealing with sensitive information and situations is required. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, the role will be the interface between the family and more junior members of staff.

You will bring 3-5 years of relevant household management expertise and be an excellent organiser, with clear and concise communication and strong leadership qualities.
