Job Overview:

Source Etharaa goods and services in cost effective manner for events.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and contracting: Executing sourcing strategies, budget alignment, procurement document development, building long-term supplier partnerships, contract review and negotiation and supplier performance evaluation.
• Procurement policies and procedures: Ensure implementation of procurement policies and procedures and provide suggestion to update and amend them.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the pooled resources, setting clear objectives, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing mentorship to ensure alignment with project goals, fostering collaboration, and maintaining effective communication.

Job Specifications:

• 5+ years experience in a Procurement role.
• Bachelor degree in relevant field e.g., business administration, operations management etc.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to handle and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple senior stakeholders with strong commercial acumen
• Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management and cost-saving initiatives.
