Industry: Fresh Coconut Trading & Distribution

Job Overview:

Action Express is seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales professionals to drive business growth in the fresh coconut trading and distribution segment across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG or fresh produce sales, along with an established network in retail, wholesale, and HORECA channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand sales for fresh coconut products across UAE markets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and sales channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, wholesalers, distributors, and HORECA clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in FMCG or fresh produce sales (fruits & vegetables preferred)
• Strong network within UAE retail, wholesale, and HORECA sectors
• Solid understanding of the Dubai/UAE market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment

• Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong business development mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• UAE experience is mandatory and UAE Driving license
