Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing client relationships within the paper packaging sector across Dubai and the wider UAE market. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a solid understanding of paper packaging products, regional market dynamics, and the ability to navigate Dubai's diverse and competitive business landscape.
The ideal candidate will have established industry contacts and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the packaging or related manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries including food & beverage, retail, e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and logistics.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, industry networking, trade exhibitions, and referrals.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients by delivering tailored packaging solutions aligned with their operational needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, product presentation, sampling, and negotiation to order closure.
