Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing a digital marketing strategy aimed atenhancing the brand and engaging with target audiences. This role includes creating, coordinating, managing, and analyzing data and content across various digital media platforms, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the Authority's strategic objectives.

The role will also oversee the Authority's digital marketing and digital communication channels, staying abreast of the latest global and competitive trends. Additionally, the role includes budget management, promotional activities, content

planning, and the use of digital tools to increase customer engagement. The role will be responsible for leading data-driven initiatives to enhance digital marketing strategies and improve customer engagement

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Organize promotional activities through digital activities and events and analyze their outcomes

# Maintain and update the annual digital marketing plan to ensure timely publications and promotions

# Provide support and assistance to contracting companies with any inquiries regarding promotional campaigns

# Use digital tools that promote the Authority and enhance customer engagement

# Perform other responsibilities related to this position as required

# Assist in designing presentations and understanding requirements

# Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital platforms to predict opportunities for RTA's paid media strategy. Provide forecasting insights based on historical data and market trends to guide future campaign planning

# Analyze the performance of creative assets (ads, designs, copy) to better understand what the target audience is interacting with. Provide recommendations for improving creative strategies and improving engagement rates

# Work with the marketing team to optimize budget allocation for paid media campaigns, ensuring budgets are distributed effectively across top-performing channels to increase reach and conversions. Analyze cost-perclick (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS)

# Lead and manage A/B tests for paid media campaigns to optimize targeting, creative assets, messaging, and other variables. Leverage test results to continuously improve campaigns and maximize campaign performance

# Focus on improving landing pages and user experiences for paid media campaigns, using data to identify bottlenecks and friction points in the user journey, and working with website development teams to implement improvements that boost conversions

# Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity

# Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

# Implement and optimize attribution models to understand the full impact of paid media campaigns across different channels and touchpoints. Provide insights into how each channel contributes to the overall customer journey and adjust strategies accordingly

# Use data to identify and segment key audiences for targeted paid media campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate targeting based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement history

# Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to evaluate performance and identify trends

# Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, with the goal of improving customer acquisition, retention, and increasing overall engagement

# Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels (such as Google Ads, social media ads, programmatic ads, display networks, etc.) to measure ROI and effectiveness. Adjust strategies as needed based on data-driven insights

# Support, monitor, and oversee the creation, coordination, and management of content across all digital media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

# Develop detailed analytical reports on the performance of paid media campaigns and share insights on key metrics (such as conversions, click-through rates, ROI) with stakeholders and senior leadership. Ensure data insights align with broader business objectives and KPIs, and analyze the results of digital advertising campaigns and promotions

# Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Customer Service, to ensure data-driven decision-making and successful execution of marketing initiatives

# Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between organic and paid efforts, aligning strategies to create a unified customer experience and optimizing cross-channel efforts to increase engagement and conversions
