Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Prepare transfer, import and export documents of all Sales order (invoice, delivery advice, transfer of ownership, detailed commodity classification and other special instructions)
- Coordinate with Warehouseman about the availability of shipments
- Distribute documents via e-mail to customer and forwarder and coordinate and arrange pick-up of goods
- Prepare Delivery Note to be signed by forwarder when they pick-up the goods and ensure that all documents are complete i.e. with forwarder stamp and bill of entry
- Maintain and update transaction file of all invoices
- Process E-clearance of all incoming local shipments & export documents through Mirsal 2
- For incoming shipment documents: Scan and prepare the GRN and filing after the booking of the LM in the system
- Prepares local PO's as instructed by LM, send via e-mail to forwarder and coordinate with the collection
- High school diploma with 3+ years of experience in customer service or logistics management
- Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- High-level communication and customer service skills
- Analytical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Strong multitasking abilities to track processes throughout the supply chain
- Working knowledge and competence with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word
- Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
