Charterhouse are working with an established financial services firm who are looking to hire at the Group Senior Manager level within their corporate communications and investor relations department. This position is tasked with enhancing the corporate brand and communicate the group’s performance and objectives.
The Senior Manager would be reporting directly into the Deputy Group CEO and have a variety of responsibilities across communications and investor relations. The main duties include the development and execution of the corporate communication strategy that aligns with the Group’s mission and values.This role would also be required to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, financial media and other external partners. The same will also be necessary with internal departments such as finance, marketing and the leadership teams in order to collate information for press releases and financial reports.
It is also the responsibility of the Senior Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SCA and DFM filings. It is vital that the Senior Manager have experience reporting and navigating the DFM portal.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be highly experienced and come from a similar communications and investor relations role. Our client is looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in this field, ideally someone who has worked in a publicly traded company.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, SCA regulations and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will need to be an excellent communicator and have the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights from it.
It is also required to be comfortable with public speaking, and Arabic fluency is essential for this role.
