HR Executive - Employee Services (Emirati Talents)
Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide cost effective implementation of HR Policies, production of the monthly payroll, and maintenance of relevant records and reports related to compensation information required by management, legislation, and auditors. Support employees in the provision of all HR services both in terms of personnel administration and benefits management.
Maximize the use of the Human Resources Information System and ensure the integrity and security of the information stored in the system.
Principal Accountabilities
HR Services and Administration
Provide employees in various business segments efficient delivery of HR services
Ensure that the probation and promotion processes in conjunction with the HR Operations Team are completed in a timely manner.
Support projects and personnel initiatives such as standardising personnel forms and cascading the same across the group
Compute the end of service settlements in line with exit procedures and termination policies
Support line managers and employees on the implementation of HR policy and procedures Provide support to employees by clarifying policy changes and various personnel matters
Comply with approved HR policies and procedures
Contracts Renewal
Ensure that the contract renewal process in conjunction with the HR Operations Team are completed in accordance with policy and appropriate timelines
Salary and Benefits Administration
Maintain and is responsible for the personnel records database for group companies on the HR Management System. Implement changes in the system and produce monthly payroll and reporting of all pay groups including administration of all HR benefits.Recommend deviations in payroll in line with HR policy required data
Implement improvements in payroll and benefits workflow and processes. Undertake the groundwork for developing compensation and pay administration procedures
Administer all employee loans through payroll which includes repayments, recognition of special benefits
Administer employee benefits like medical insurance, select card, etc.
Administer the Pension scheme and liaise with the Pension authorities on all employees pension issues
Keep abreast of new requirements and implements payroll production and reporting changes as needed
Produce and release Employee letters for Bank Loans, salary certificates etc. after validation of the accuracy of all details
Leave & Loan Administration
Administer the leave and loan module including the update and reconciliation of leave and loan balances in line with HR policy. Make recommendations for deviations from policy when justified and obtain approval
Reconcile time and attendance records for general staff and resolve problem areas in consultation with HR Business Partners
Minimum Requirements

Experience :
4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience with 2 years of experience in HR Services
