Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our legal department. This role involves legal research, document management, drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting research on corporate laws, contracts, intellectual property and other legal documents.
- Analyze legal documents and interpret relevant UAE and international laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, memoranda, letters of intent (LOI), and other corporate legal documents.
- Support the preparation of legal reports and presentations for senior management and other departments.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for litigation, arbitration, or regulatory proceedings.
- Manage routine legal inquiries and follow up on pending legal matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Law or related field, LLM is a plus
- Previous UAE legal environment experience
- Strong Understanding of UAE Laws, and legal procedure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal document management software.
- Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases.
