Job Purpose:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key strategic customers across Baby, Mothercare, and Specialty Retail channels, including E-commerce platforms and Premium specialty retailers. The role is to drive sales growth, market penetration, and brand visibility across key accounts in the UAE, with a strong focus on specialty retail alongside modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned strategic customers
- Drive sales growth and distribution expansion
- Expand SKU penetration
- Drive new listings
- Support new product launches
- Customer business planning
- Promotion planning
- Forecasting and performance tracking
- Ensure product availability
- Monitor sell-out performance
- Improve visibility and merchandising execution
- Manage returns and stock levels
Experience Required:
- 5–8 years Key Account Management experience in UAE Market
- Experience in managing baby care, mother care and/or home care category
- Experience in managing e-commerce customers
- Experience in managing premium brands
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
