Main responsibilities
  • Prepare the contractual and commercial sections of the tender package and compile the full tender documentation.
  • Develop and analyse contract documentation, including reviewing and contributing to the contractual scope of work as per the requisition.
  • Ensure that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with company requirements and governance.
  • Draft contract requirements in compliance with all applicable laws and company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Challenge purchase requisition requirements, offering alternatives and proposing solutions.
  • Conduct critical analysis, suggest revisions, and contribute to the preparation of tender lists, contract strategies, and tender evaluation plans.
  • Prepare unpriced and priced evaluation models for highly complex and major contracts.
  • Perform contractual and commercial evaluations, conduct necessary negotiations of received tenders, and formulate recommendations.

  • Develop, compile, and conduct pre-enquiries and market surveys.
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained throughout the procurement process.
  • Manage all contracting phases in coordination with contract holders and other relevant functions, as appropriate.
