Head of Operations – Interior Design & Fit Out

Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Head of Operations to act as the second-in-command for DEEJOS Interiors LLC Dubai. The role requires managing day-to-day business operations, team leadership, client relationship management, and ensuring the smooth execution of all interior fit-out and renovation projects
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end business operations across all departments: Sales, Business Development, Design, Project Management, Purchase, Customer Relations.
Act as the primary escalation point for all client queries and internal issues.Supervise office team and site execution team to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and company standards.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide strategic direction to align with company objectives.
Maintain effective communication between Dubai office and Chennai Head Office.
Ensure SOPs and company processes are followed across all functions including sales, execution, procurement, and handover.
Coordinate closely with Fit Out Manager and Project Coordinators to ensure project milestones are met.
Represent the company in client meetings, contract signings, and site handovers when required.
Monitor sales pipeline, project status, invoicing, and team performance through regular reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Experience:
7–10 years minimum in an operations/management role preferably interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in Dubai or GCC.
Proven experience handling sales, project coordination, and team management simultaneously.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)Client relationship handling
Project monitoring and reporting
Professional presentation and decision-making
Salary: AED 10,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
