A health & wellness brand based in Dubai, dedicated to empowering people to focus on healthy, enjoyable lifestyle through natural food products

Job Description:

Tour around different food truck locations in Dubai for staff audit & new joiners training

-Create and execute training programs for new leaders, building decision-making and supervisory capabilities from within the team.

Conduct frequent audits at the central kitchen to ensure prep consistency is matching brand standards

-Take full ownership of operations during events, pop-ups, and activations with a hands-on approach

Requirements:

Qualifications:

At least 4 yrs experience in managing kitchens – Quality and Training
Must be doing for Staff Audit & new joiners training
Must have driving license and own car
