Key Responsibilities:
Typical office secretary duties in addition to the following roles:
- Prepare emails, letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation with precision.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Take initiative and handle various ad-hoc tasks.
- Reporting to the Managing Partner.
Requirements:
Technical:
- Typing speed: 50 WPM min.
- Minimum 3 Years proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in the Engineering / Construction Industry.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
Character:
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Extreme focus & vigilance.
- Ability to withstand pressure/high workload.
