We are seeking highly motivated and experienced nursery managers who have a good understanding of the EYFS or Montessori to join my client in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. My client has been in education for over 40 years and comes with a wealth of experience and is looking to develop the business model in the UAE.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 2-4 years. I am seeking highly motivated and experienced nursery managers to lead our early childhood education institution in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nursery's operations, including curriculum development, staff management, financial management, and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets the needs and interests of young children aged 2-4 years.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified and dedicated early childhood educators and support staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Manage the nursery's budget, financial records, and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to promote the nursery's mission and values.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to health, safety, and child protection.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and assessments.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote the nursery and attract new families.
- Use educational toys and games effectively.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a nursery manager or director in a reputable institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of child development, play-based learning, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of early childhood educators and support staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of Arabic as an advantage.

Experience teaching in the Middle East is beneficial to your application. Experience working in an Islamic environment or with Islamic students is beneficial for you.
