Join our prestigious international law firm in Abu Dhabi as a Legal Secretary. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence with precision.
  • Support lawyers by preparing and formatting legal documents, briefs, and contracts.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for attorneys and clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external parties to facilitate smooth case management.
  • Assist in research and data collection as needed for case preparation.
  • Ensure all filings and records comply with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Operate office equipment and manage supplies to support daily office needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role within a law firm, preferably international.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with international legal terminology and procedures is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
