INNOVENT is a boutique experiential events and creative agency based in Dubai, delivering high-impact corporate events, exhibitions, immersive brand experiences, and permanent installations for leading regional and global brands.
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-driven Assistant Event Coordinator to support project delivery, supplier coordination, and daily operations across multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers and Directors across event, exhibition, and fabrication projects
Coordinate with suppliers, fabricators, and production teams (follow-ups, timelines, confirmations)
Maintain project trackers, checklists, and schedules
Assist with quotations, POs, delivery notes, and basic budget tracking
Manage emails, WhatsApp groups, and meeting follow-ups
Prepare basic decks, schedules, and internal documents
Assist during build-up, live event days, and breakdowns when required
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely communication at all times
Required Profile
min of 2 years experience in events, exhibitions, fabrication, or production
Strong understanding of UAE suppliers and event workflows
Highly organized, structured, and proactive
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
Comfortable working under pressure and tight timelines
Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PPT, Docs)
Willing to learn, take ownership, and grow within the agency
