Experience :Overall minimum 10 years in electrical engineering roles (minimum 5 years in UAE and 5 years in supervision consultancy).Must have experience in building Oil & Gas PMC

Job Description:

1. Lead and oversee all electrical and ELV system activities ADNOC-PMC-OIL & GAS Experience
2. Develop and implement electrical and ELV systems&apos supervision plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
3. Design and prepare detailed Electrical system drawings and technical calculations following local and international standards.
4. Develop comprehensive project specifications in line with regulatory standards.
5. Carry out design in-consideration with various Equipment, Lights & Electrical Fixtures Load calculation including SLD.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intrusion Systems, etc.
7. Review and approve electrical and ELV design documents, including shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings to ensure they meet project specifications.
8. Conduct regular site inspections of electrical and ELV systems installations to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
9. Work closely with mechanical, plumbing, and civil teams to resolve any design or construction issues and ensure smooth integration of electrical and ELV systems.
10. Ensure all electrical and ELV works comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards, including health, safety, and environmental laws.
11. Oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical and ELV systems to verify performance, safety, and compliance with the design intent.
12. Monitor and approve all electrical and ELV material procurement to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.
13. Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical and ELV systems, ensuring minimal impact on the project schedule and quality.
14. Monitor the installation and commissioning process to ensure electrical and ELV systems meet the required standards and project specifications.
15. Track the cost and financial impact of electrical and ELV works, ensuring the project stays within budget. SENIOR MEP MANAGER (ELECTRICAL/ELV) General Purpose-External
16. Proactively identify and manage risks associated with electrical and ELV systems, implementing mitigation measures to avoid delays or cost overruns.
17. Prepare detailed and accurate reports on the status of electrical and ELV works, highlighting any issues, delays, and resolutions for stakeholders.
18. Supervise and manage subcontractors & contractors, provide technical guidance and ensure work is completed in accordance with the contract terms and specifications.
19. Provide technical expertise and leadership to the project team and contractors to ensure successful delivery of electrical and ELV systems.
20. Ensure a smooth handover of electrical and ELV systems to the client, providing necessary training and operational documentation for ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications :Electrical Engineering degree

Licenses/Certifications :Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP)
