As athletics director, you will oversee the operations and strategic development of competitive and recreational athletic activities across campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, organize, and manage competitive and recreational sports programmes from grades 6-12
• Hire, train, and mentor coaches for various sports teams
• Oversee sports budgeting, purchasing, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and health/safety policies
• Build positive school spirit and sportsmanship among students
• Collaborate with administrators on use of athletic facilities
• Engage parents and boosters to support athletic department

• Bachelor's degree in sports management, physical education or related field
• A master degree is preferred
• 3+ years experience as an athletics director or similar role
• Knowledge of various sports and related health/safety policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

Remuneration package

Salary range:

A salary from 13,000 up to 18,000 AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, tax free.
