About the job QUANTITY SURVEYOR - ARCHITECTURAL

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for architectural works using PlanSwift.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and design documents to determine material and labor requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and pricing submissions.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and advise on cost implications.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate pre-contract cost assessments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of quantities, cost plans, and estimation data.
• Support management in reviewing budgets, cost plans, and value engineering exercises.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction standards, contract requirements, and client specifications.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineer,Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience in contracting companies, specifically for architectural works.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift software is mandatory.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience working on UAE/GCC projects.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
