NOW HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a leading developer in the UAE, specialising in large-scale hospitality & mixed-use projects.

The Role:

The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of a high-value development, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves full oversight of the project lifecycle, including coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring delivery is on track, within budget, and meets quality and safety standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and progress across all phases.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including design, commercial, and development to meet key project milestones.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure cost efficiency and financial control.
• Support contract management, including variations, claims, and issue resolution.
• Ensure all works comply with regulatory requirements and the Developers design and operational standards.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in Project/Construction Management
• 2+ years of recent UAE experience
• Previous experience delivering a project valued at a minimum of AED 500m from start to finish
• A stable work history working for Tier 1 PMCs or Developers
• Strong technical skills across all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Extensive construction and project delivery experience
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• A hands-on approach with a willingness to be on-site
• Experience in delivering hospital, commercial or large-scale mixed-use projects is a plus.
