Masar Internship - Human Resources
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The Human Resources (HR) team at flydubai supports employees throughout their full lifecycle by managing people's processes, compliance, development and employee services. HR oversees onboarding, training, HR systems, policies, visas, legal attestations, government coordination, airport passes and sensitive case handling, while also supporting recruitment through job postings, CV screening, interviews and job description creation.
About The Role
The 12-week HR rotational internship program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the full HR lifecycle at flydubai. The role enables interns to gain practical insight into core HR operations, HR business partners, talent acquisition, learning & development, psychology, and government relations.The key objectives are to expose the intern through observation, hands-on support, and project-based learning to develop foundational HR knowledge, professional judgment, data literacy, and stakeholder engagement capabilities within a regulated aviation environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist team members with ongoing tasks, projects, and departmental initiatives as assigned.
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support departmental objectives.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and briefings, and capture key actions or learnings when required.
- Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth workflow.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, time management, and a strong willingness to learn
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly at all times.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the internship outlining the department overview, key learnings, and any new ideas, improvement opportunities, or recommendations that could be considered for implementation
- High school diploma or equivalent a must.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations
