Events Coordinator for an Events Agency

Job Description

We are seeking Events Coordinator for an Events Agency based in Dubai for immediate hire .

Monthly salary is AED 6,000

• Solid experience in MICE corpoate events
• At least 3 years experience in Dubai
• Drafting detailed proposals and contracts taking ownership for the projects assigned.
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
• Expertise in managing corporate events and conferences
• Fully managing the company events platforms such as CVENT in terms of reporting and managing online budgets and approvals, etc.
• Delivering events on time, within budget as per the company standards.
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project.
• Preparing regular management reports on the project's status.
• The successful candidate should have proven MICE track record

• At least 2-3 yrs. experience in events management in an Evens Agency or DMC in a similar role. Holding the same position for at least for 2 years.
• Solid previous experience in direct dealing with corporate clients.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possessing a can-do flexible attitude all the time and can work well under pressure.
• Can collaborate with speed and urgency
• Pleasant approachable personality.
• Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and be a trouble-shooter.
