We are hiring Recruitment Executive- Russian Speaker to be placed remotely for our client in Dubai, UAE which is a well-established, fast-growing multi-location entity operating within the education and training sector, delivering structured learning and development services across multiple sites in the region.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Executive will lead the organization's end-to-end recruitment strategy across local and international markets. This role will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports multi-site operations and ongoing regional growth.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting
• Conduct initial interviews in Russian and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Russian-speaking candidates
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records on ATS/CRM systems
• Stay updated on market trends and talent availability in Russian-speaking regions

• Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
• Good working proficiency in English
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience recruiting in the UAE or international markets is a plus
