Job Description
Our client is a leader in global security solutions. We are looking for a HR Assistant for one of their projects in Iraq. The role will be Dubai based but with regular travel to Iraq, likely to be a week each month minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including selection and onboarding
- Organise volume hiring campaigns to include shortlisting, interviews and offer processing
- Management of HR documentation, staff mobilisation and compliance for onboarding
- Be the project team key point of contact for HR matters relating to logistics, deployment and operations
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Experience of volume hiring and onboarding
- Arabic is essential
- Willingness to travel to Iraq on a frequent basis
- Exposure to Oil & Gas, Security or Logistics industries advantageous
Candidates should be based in Dubai or Iraq to be considered
