Job Description
Quality Manager - CivilResponsible for preparing Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Quality process, procedures, checklist and templates for setting up the Quality Management system.Responsible for doing all Coordination with other departments for implementing ISO requirements in all functions and projects.Perform Sobha Quality Assessment system to rate the project and to identify improvement areas to drive quality enhancement.Analyze Customer complaints data to identify pain points, root cause and actionable insights, driving targeted improvements on Product Quality.Conduct Quality Inductionprograms for new joiners, ensuring seamless onboarding.Responsible for reviewing the Monthly MIS and preparing the report for Management.Identify training needs, inform the department heads, and coordinate with the appropriate functions for fulfilling the training requirements.Identify the areas for Digitalization to enable real-time monitoring and reporting.Conduct Benchmarking with competitorsConduct Analysis on the Quality datas from project and audits for continuous improvement.Drive horizontal deployment of best Good Construction Practices and TQM initiatives across projects through structured knowledge sharing.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on internal quality and process excellence initiatives.Responsible for Organizing the technical trainings using subject matter experts and manufacturers.Identify and implement industry best practices and Learningsto promote Good Construction Practices (GCP) across all projects.Identify the areas for Digitalization to enable real-time monitoring and reporting.Conduct Benchmarking with competitorsMINIMUM QUALIFICATION:Bachelor of engineering/ Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.Skills:Certified QMS Lead Auditor.Good computer skills in the use of Microsoft packages.Good communication, organizational and administrative skills,Analytical skills.CompetenciesAbility to take up the responsibility for relevant QA/QC taskAbility to oversee QA/QC implementation of QMS as per quality plan and procedures.Capable of prioritizing tasks.Demonstrative attention towards details.Ability to maintain work relationships.Comfortable as a team player and capable of leading teams.
