Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Manager located in Abu Dhabi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules and communications, and ensuring efficient office administration.

This role also involves supervising administrative staff, managing office supplies and equipment, organizing meetings and events, and assisting with budget management and financial reporting. The Administrative Manager will also be expected to handle HR-related tasks and maintain office policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in managing administrative staff and office operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in an administrative management role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
