Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead digital product initiatives within the issuer processing domain, with a strong focus on digital payments, wallet-led experiences, crypto-linked use cases, and remittance solutions.
The role will be responsible for owning products end-to-end—from concept and regulatory engagement through build, launch, and scale—working closely with issuing banks, schemes, fintech partners, and internal technology and operations teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of issuer processing platforms, card schemes, digital payment ecosystems, and regulated financial environments.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership- Own the product roadmap for digital issuer products including wallets, crypto-linked cards, remittance enablement, and value-added services.
- Translate market, bank, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and executable roadmaps.
- Drive product ideation aligned with scheme capabilities (Visa, Mastercard), issuer bank needs, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., CBUAE).
- Lead product initiatives across issuer processing platforms, including card management systems (CMS), authorization, clearing & settlement, and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with tech teams to deliver API‑driven, scalable, and secure digital capabilities (tokenization, digital provisioning, transaction controls, real-time notifications, etc.).
- Support digital wallet capabilities such as P2P, merchant payments, balance management, and value‑added digital services.
- Support the development of crypto-linked card and payment use cases, ensuring clear separation of roles between issuers, custodians, and third‑party providers.
- Collaborate with partners to enable compliant fiat‑crypto flows, transaction monitoring, and reporting while maintaining bank‑safe and regulator‑aligned positioning.
- Drive remittance-related product capabilities including inbound/outbound flows, scheme-based and API-based integrations, and partner aggregations.
- Work with banks and partners to ensure cost efficiency, transparency, and compliance across cross-border payment journeys.
- Act as the primary product interface for issuer banks, schemes, fintech partners, and internal stakeholders (Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk).
- Support commercial discussions and SOWs by defining product scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery responsibilities.
- Ensure alignment across product, delivery, and operations prior to launch.
- Ensure products are designed and delivered in line with regulatory expectations, data privacy, and risk frameworks.
- Support regulatory submissions, DPIAs, scheme certifications, and audit requirements as applicable.
- Maintain clear documentation, approvals, and controls across the product lifecycle.
Key Skills & Experience
Must Have- 7–12+ years of experience in product management within payments, issuer processing, or fintech.
- Strong hands-on experience with issuer processing platforms / card management systems.
- Solid understanding of card schemes (Visa / Mastercard), issuer operations, and digital payments.
- Experience delivering digital products such as wallets, value-added services, or API-based payment solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a regulated banking environment.
- Exposure to crypto-linked payments, stablecoin-related use cases, or fintech partnerships in regulated markets.
- Experience with remittance or cross-border payment products.
- Prior experience working with Middle East banks or regulators is a strong plus.
- Structured thinker with strong attention to detail and execution rigor.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
- Able to balance innovation with compliance, risk, and operational readiness.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
