Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem, and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Present and demonstrate Salesforce solutions to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and implementation, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

What You&aposll Need

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
