Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.Key responsibilities include managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, identifying business growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-added services. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor for clients and contribute to the overall success of the organization by fostering strong client partnerships.

- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Negotiation skills

- Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with customer lifecycle management
- Experience in a client-facing role within the industry is a plus
