About role:
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Logistics Network Planning Manager to design, optimize, and scale our end-to-end logistics network across the Middle East. In this leadership role, you will own the macroscopic architecture of our supply chain, driving regional warehouse site selection, sorting hub positioning, transport transit routing, and last-mile station deployment.Your mission will be to lead the strategic transformation of our fulfillment lifecycle, translating high-level business goals into innovative network models that systematically reduce operating costs while accelerating regional delivery speeds.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Network Architecture: Lead and own the design of the regional network infrastructure, including warehouse modeling, sorting hub localization, transit scheduling, and last-mile node operations.
Model Innovation & Scaling: Spearhead the development of next-generation network models and fulfillment strategies to support rapid business expansion and match evolving Middle East e-commerce trends.
Efficiency & Cost Governance: Audit the end-to-end regional fulfillment process to target transit delays and cost leakage, delivering and executing high-impact optimization plans.
Standardization & Cross-Functional Leadership: Establish regional execution rules, management standards, and governance policies to ensure seamless cross-departmental alignment during network rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of specialized experience in Middle East logistics network planning or process planning, with a proven track record of ownership within top-tier Middle East e-commerce or large 3PL companies.
- Technical & Analytical Leadership: Exceptional logical thinking and data maturity. Proficient in at least one tool (Excel, SQL, or Python) to lead complex network analysis and capital expenditure modeling.
- Language & Mobility: Fluent in English for executive reporting and corporate meetings. Ready to travel periodically across the Middle East region.
- Soft Skills: Strong project management maturity, executive stakeholder management capabilities, and a structured approach to distilling field methodologies into scalable corporate standards.
