Job Description
Job Purpose
To drive business growth by developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting project coordination within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction sector
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams for project execution
- Monitor sales pipeline, targets, and project progress
- Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM/client database and support marketing/social media activities
- Attend project meetings and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Experience in sales/business development within the construction industry
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of project coordination and contract management
- Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- UAE market experience preferred
