Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Construction Industry

Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive business growth by developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and supporting project coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction sector
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams for project execution
  • Monitor sales pipeline, targets, and project progress
  • Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM/client database and support marketing/social media activities
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
  • Experience in sales/business development within the construction industry
  • Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of project coordination and contract management
  • Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills
  • UAE market experience preferred
