Job Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the British National Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students of varying abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum delivery and share best practices.
• Participate in school activities, events, and professional development programmes.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
• Promote the schools vision, mission, and values in all interactions.

Requirements

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed) or
• Bachelors degree in a relevant subject plus a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school (KS1 and/or KS2).
• Proven experience in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the British National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Effective classroom management strategies.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
• MOE / ADEK approval or eligibility to obtain it is preferred.
