We are seeking an experienced Intercompany Accountant with expertise in expense and vendor bills accounting using Odoo ERP systems. The role involves managing intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting processes.

Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record intercompany transactions, expenses, and vendor bills in ERP software.
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely settlement.
  • Review, validate, and post expense reports, vendor invoices, and allocations.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries for intercompany confirmations and reporting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within ERP systems to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant with focus on intercompany, expenses, and vendor bills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP accounting systems (Odoo).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Salary :

AED 3000 - AED 5000 (Staff accommodation & Transport will be provided)
