Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the construction industry along with a strong track record of successful product sales. This role will be responsible for leading sales strategy, accelerating revenue growth, and guiding a high-performing sales team toward ambitious targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive product adoption and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiations to potential clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in product sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Must be a UAE resident or hold a valid UAE visa.
  • Strong background in B2B sales with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of AI and technology-driven solutions in the construction sector is a plus.
