Business Development Executive - Healthcare

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of our services.The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with key stakeholders in the nearby radius, including offices, mosques, schools, sports clubs, police clubs, and ladies clubs. The goal is to increase referrals and patient volume for our departments, including MRI, X-ray, Dental, Orthopedics, Hijama, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, Gynecology, and Aesthetic Gynecology.
Key Responsibilities and Deadlines:
Market Research and Analysis:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential referral sources and opportunities for business growth.
- Deadline: Complete initial market research within the first month and update quarterly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as office managers, school administrators, sports club coordinators, and community leaders.
- Deadline: Initiate contact with at least 10 new stakeholders each month and maintain ongoing communication.
- Actively engage with target groups through visits, presentations, and networking events to promote clinic services.
- Deadline: Schedule and conduct at least 5 outreach activities per month.
- Develop and implement referral programs to encourage stakeholders to refer patients to medical center.
- Deadline: Design and launch referral programs within the first two months and review effectiveness quarterly.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to promote our services.
- Deadline: Develop initial marketing materials within the first month and update as needed.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and workshops to raise awareness about medical centers.
- Deadline: Plan and participate in at least one community event per quarter.
- MRI and X-ray: Partner with local clinics and hospitals to offer advanced imaging services. Promote these services to sports clubs and police clubs for injury diagnostics.
- Deadline: Establish partnerships with at least 3 local clinics/hospitals within the first three months.
- Dental: Collaborate with schools and offices to offer dental check-up camps and awareness programs.
- Deadline: Organize at least 2 dental camps per quarter.
- Orthopedics: Engage with sports clubs and gyms to provide orthopedic consultations and injury prevention workshops.
- Deadline: Conduct at least 3 orthopedic workshops within the first six months.
- Hijama: Promote Hijama therapy to mosques and community centers, highlighting its benefits for wellness and pain management.
- Deadline: Host informational sessions at 2 mosques/community centers per quarter.
- Aesthetics: Target ladies clubs and beauty salons to offer aesthetic consultations and treatments.
- Deadline: Partner with at least 2 beauty salons/ladies clubs within the first three months.
- Gynecology and Aesthetic Gynecology: Work with women's health organizations and maternity clinics to provide specialized gynecological services.
- Deadline: Establish collaborations with at least 2 women's health organizations/maternity clinics within the first six months.
- Track and report on business development activities, referral sources, and patient volume to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
- Deadline: Submit monthly reports on activities and outcomes.
- Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals and excellent service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market, including regulations, insurance frameworks, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
