Position: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years of banking & sales experience gained directly from a bank (not through a third party) or legal industry.
We seek a presentable, confident, eloquent and proactive professional who thrives in a competitive environment, possesses strong sales and customer service skills, and can consistently reach and surpass sales targets. The candidate should be bilingual or multilingual with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Participate in networking events and industry gatherings to attract and retain clients.
- Assist in marketing and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
- Provide proactive support and contribute to team success as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct banking experience (not through a third party).
