We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically-minded Chief of Staff, to partner with the CEO and Executive team in Abu Dhabi. This critical role involves driving strategic execution, ensuring operational excellence, and facilitating effective communication across their organisation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Description- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to implement strategic priorities and align initiatives with organisational goals.
- Lead the preparation, translation, and production of high-level presentations and reports for Board and senior audiences.
- Oversee cross-departmental workflows, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration and co-creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide project-specific support to executives, coordinating and following up on key action items.
- Lead the Business and Executive Support function, including day-to-day team management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Champion professional growth, employee engagement, and talent retention strategies across the business support function.
- Act as a main point of contact for external high-level officials and key stakeholders.
- Salary of AED 45,000 - 50,000 per month
- Education allowance for up to 2 children
- Annual bonus
- Flight allowance for family (up to 2 children)
- A hybrid work model and remote working days to work from anywhere
Requirements:
- A Degree in Business Administration or similar, with an MBA being a distinct advantage.
- A minimum of 7 years of executive support, strategic planning, and project management experience in an executive environment, with at least 5 years' UAE experience.
- Proven ability to align priorities, manage diverse stakeholders, and work inclusively across all organisational levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong emotional intelligence, with demonstrated ability to build trust and foster collaboration.
- Expertise in productivity tools (Microsoft Office & Google Workspace) and the ability to define strategic messaging and build efficient reporting.
