About the Role:

We are working with a boutique interior design studio in Dubai, known for delivering refined, bespoke spaces with attention to detail, quality, and creativity. We are seeking a talented and experienced FF&E Interior Designer. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong eye for materials, textures, and spatial storytellingsomeone who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FF&E concepts aligned with the project's design vision and client brief.
• Source and specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, accessories, lighting, artwork, and other decorative elements.
• Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, mood boards, sample presentations, and material boards for client approval.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for samples, pricing, lead times, and procurement.
• Support design team with layout planning, material selection, and presentation materials.
• Ensure selections meet quality, functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
• Attend site visits, installations, and client meetings to oversee implementation and quality control.
• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with overall design intent.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FF&E design, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent visual presentation and material board skills.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• A keen eye for detail, materials, and design trends, especially in high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.
