Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leasing Executive / Specialist to support and drive leasing operations across a diverse property portfolio. This role combines both administration leasing responsibilities and hands-on tenant relation execution, ensuring smooth tenant onboarding, lease management, and occupancy optimization.

The ideal candidate will balance tenant-facing commercial activities with strong operational and documentation capabilities, contributing to both revenue generation and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing strategy execution to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancies
• Source and engage prospective tenants, including brands and SMEs
• Conduct property viewings and manage tenant negotiations through to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
• Assist in preparing leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

• Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Handle renewals, terminations, and lease amendments
• Monitor rent collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and track financials
• Maintain and update tenant records, lease databases, and rent roll reports
• Process tenant documentation, including compliance requirements and registrations
• Coordinate issuance of notices, NOCs, and other leasing-related documents

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, facilities) for seamless execution
• Coordinate tenant requirements, fit-outs, and operational readiness
• Support property inspections, site visits, and tenant onboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with local leasing regulations and procedures
• Assist with reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in leasing, property management, and retail real estate
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, contracts, and tenant lifecycle
• Experience with lease administration systems and reporting tools
• Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Retail leasing and Ejari administration experience are a must.
