Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for a Personal Assistant to the General Manager. The Personal Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining records, performing clerical duties, and ensuring the General Manager's schedule runs smoothly.This role may also require acting as a liaison between the General Manager and internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to handle daily tasks effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners professionally.
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling appointments and meetings with attention to detail.
- Competence in Clerical Skills such as filing, record-keeping, and document organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently or under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the aviation or transportation sector is a plus but not required.
