About the Role

Support business growth and client relationship efforts by assisting with administrative, sales, and coordination tasks across teams.

• Administrative & Project Coordination Support daily operationsschedule meetings, document project objectives, monitor timelines, track budgets, and follow up on action items
• Sales & Account Support: Maintain and update CRM data, participate in team-based client outreach, assist with proposals, and contribute to long-term relationship-building strategies
• Customer Engagement & Reporting: Help prepare meeting materials, deliver client presentations and reports, and monitor key account metrics

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• 13 years of experience in logistics, business development, or administrative roles, with familiarity using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respond quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• With UAE Driving License (Required)
