Procurement Specialist

• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business needs
• Manage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and PO issuance
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships to improve service, cost and performance
• Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation and lifecycle management
• Drive cost optimization, spend analysis and risk mitigation initiatives across MEA

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field
• 5 to 10 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to strategic sourcing
• Experience in the chemical or polymer manufacturing industry
• Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of cost savings, supplier management and ERP system usage
