Role Overview
The Senior Brand Manager Mobile Technology will drive the strategy, growth, and profitability of key global consumer electronics brands, including Samsung, Huawei, Apple, and others. The role exists to expand brand presence across the GCC and Africa, delivering sales targets, market share growth, and ROI-focused brand initiatives while managing full P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage end-to-end P&L for assigned brands, driving profitability and optimizing cost structures.
- Lead annual and quarterly brand planning, including demand forecasting, sales targets, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct strategic business reviews with brand principals and internal stakeholders.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies across the GCC and new territories.
- Develop and implement consumer insight-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
- Monitor competitor landscape, pricing dynamics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, trade marketing investments, and promotional support with principals and distributors.
- Ensure effective inventory planning and sell-through management to maximize cash flow.
- Manage relationships with retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and channel distributors.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in the GCC, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 global electronics brands.
- Strong understanding of P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and budget management.
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and planning skills.
- Experience launching and scaling brands across new regional markets.
- Ability to provide strategic direction and inspire teams to meet and exceed KPIs and P&L goals.
- Deep knowledge of retail, distribution, and e-commerce ecosystems in the GCC.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual (Arabic/English) is an added advantage.
