WHAT&aposS THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director Brand Management to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of brand marketing and promotional strategies for DXB LIVE clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor activity.You will work closely with creative teams to craft impactful marketing campaigns, design brand assets, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE- Actively promote Brand Management as a core service offering within DXB LIVE.
- Lead the development and management of brand identity, image, and perception across diverse industry sectors for DXB Live clients.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning, build brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance, analyse key data metrics, and apply insights to optimise brand engagement and positioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Brand Management team using the High Performance Team model, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Brand Management function, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Translate overarching brand strategies into actionable brand plans and go-to-market initiatives.
- Plan and deliver integrated communications across offline, online, and social media platforms to support brand objectives.
- Ensure robust governance frameworks are upheld across all DXB LIVE business operations.
- Enforce compliance with the Organisation policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial accountability, ensuring the Brand Management section meets budgetary targets and revenue objectives.
- Design and execute the annual improvement plan for the Brand Management section, driving performance through measurable goals and continuous enhancement.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Media, or Communication.
- Minimum of seven years experience in the marketing and communications sector.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong creative mindset.
- Proficient in business analytics and consumer insight development, with a robust understanding of key marketing drivers.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, managing shifting priorities and tight deadlines with agility.
- Maintains high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
