Senior Pre-Sales Consultant
Job Scope
The Senior Pre-Sales Consultant is accountable for advising and coordinating with the sales team on all technical issues related but not limited to solution design and pre-sales implementations. S/He is a technical expert building strong relationships with partners and customers and driving the business through multiple technical initiatives.
Main Duties And Responsibilities:
Application Security & Performance:
- Deploy and manage services like WAF, Anti-DDoS, DNS, Bot Management, CDN, and load balancing.
Zero Trust Services:
- Implement solutions such as ZTNA, secure web gateway, and CASB.
Cloud Email Security:
- Configure and maintain measures to protect email systems.
Network & Developer Services:
- Support network offerings including WAN as a service, L3/L4 protection, and firewall as a service.
- Assist with developer services for compute and storage.
SASE:
- Help maintain a secure access service edge (SASE) framework.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in cloud security or network services.
- Hands-on experience with the above services and a strong understanding of DNS.
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CCSP.
- Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and guidelines
Position Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
Experience- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Cloud Security or Network Services
- Hands on experience with the above services and a strong understanding of DNS
- Ability to communicate well both technical and non technical teams
