Inside Service Sales Engineering Coordinator

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support to Service Sales Engineers with the following task
• Preparing Service Quotation, AMC proposals in predefined formats
• Monitor Service Sales Enquiry on daily basis and maintain the records & follow ups
• Service Order processing, Customer creation, Credit approvals, Service Sales Reports
• Update service enquiries & proposals in CRM and generate reports
• Take the role of service sales engineer on their vacation or in delegation
• Send quotes directly to the customer, ensure the acknowledgment, and clarify the queries raised by customer on products, scope, price, terms & conditions, and logistics
• Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required
• Manage contract documents, review terms & conditions and renew contracts
• Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time (enquiry to quotation)
• Follow up for renewals of maintenance contracts directly with customers
• Preparing Proforma Invoice / Advance invoice
• Follow up payments if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Should have good multi-tasking skills as coordinator
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service/sales coordinator role
• Basic knowledge of HVAC units / Technical Background preferred
• Excellent Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word & PPT) is required
• Good write up skills and customer focused

Education:

• Academic Degree in computer science / Degree or Diploma in Engineering
