Were Hiring Accounts Payable Executive (Oracle Fusion)
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive with experience in Oracle Fusion to manage end-to-end AP functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier/vendor invoices, validate details, and match with PO & GRN
- Maintain vendor master data and handle vendor queries
- Schedule and process payments, ensuring no late fees
- Reconcile AP ledger and vendor accounts
- Review and process employee expense claims in compliance with policies
- Generate AP aging and cash flow reports for management and audits
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and workflows
- Manage VAT/GST input credits and ensure tax compliance
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable using Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of VAT/GST regulations
- Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
Contract Duration : 1 year extendable
